MaryAnne Koster Rochester - A member of the "Greatest Generation" passed away Monday, January 31, 2022 at the age of 96. MaryAnne was predeceased by her husband, Bernard; her son, Stephen; and her brothers, Jack (Dorothy) and Bob (Pat). She is survived by her five children, Brian (Debbie), Kathleen (Brian) Holding, Karen (Phil) Schneggenburger, Mike (Grace DiNardo) and Colleen (Ron) Heinle; daughters-in-law, Leslie and Chris; niece, Marcy (Bob) Oswald in FL. MaryAnne leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The Koster family would like to thank the entire staff at St. John's Home, Reservoir Building, 5th Floor, for their kind and compassionate care that they provided to our mother. Family and friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home Saturday 10am-1pm. Funeral Service to follow calling at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project or to the New York State Sheriff's Association Summer Camp for Kids at Saranac Lake.
