Amanda Kenny (Tinch) Wylie, TX - Former Chili resident, passed away April 15, 2021 at age 47. She is survived by her loving parents, Gary and Joanna Tinch; brothers, Brian (Paula) and David Tinch; beloved niece, Deanna Bolduc; and numerous aunts and uncles. Amanda served in the US Army for 11 1/2 years. Friends are invited to call Friday, June 4, 2021 from 10-11AM at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, with her funeral service immediately following at 11AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans Outreach Center Suicide Prevention, 447 South Ave., Rochester, 14620.
