Anne M. Kelly Chili: Suddenly, Thursday, April 13, 2023. Survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Kevin; children, Sean (Marjorie), Brian (Colleen), Kevin (Cindy), Dan (Sara), Michael (Andrea), Beth (Mike) Letters, Tim and Erin (Chris) Amesbury; grandchildren, Emily, Lauren, Luke, Vivianne (Jack), Matthew, Clare, Cecilia, Maire, Grace, Meghan, Dylan, Evan, Abigail, Julia, Hannah, Ben (Eliza), Sean (Megan), Brigid, Danny, Jessie, Emma, Livi, Andrew, Liam, Rien, Kait, Maggie, Chris, Evie and Allie; great-grandchildren, Lucy, John Paul, Theo and Patricio; sister, Patricia Kelly; brother, Paul (Betsy) Lazarek; sister-in-law, Patricia (Frank) Dardiz; and several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Anne was known for her strong faith and deep love of her husband and family. Her 30 grandchildren were her pride and joy. Each was given their own special day of the month on Anne’s prayer chart when she would devote her prayers for the day to that grandchild. Anne was called by God to be a Mom and she glorified him everyday of her life by sacrificing her needs for the needs of her family. The sacrificial love that she showed left a deep and meaningful impact on all of her children. She was also a loyal friend and had strong ties to many, both new and old including a group of childhood friends that she would still occasionally vacation with. Anne loved cooking and hosting large gatherings. She was famous with the grandkids for her jello pops and her treasure hunts at Beach Lake which was her “Happy Place”. She was an avid sports fan, especially her beloved Mets and Bills. Anne was deeply loved and she loved deeply. We will forever miss her presence in our lives but we know she is at peace and she is being rewarded by our Father in heaven for a life very well lived. Family and friends may call at the Leo M. Bean and Sons Funeral Home, 2771 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624 Sunday, April 16, 2023 from 1-3pm. Funeral Mass Monday 10am at St. Pius Tenth Church, 3000 Chili Ave. Rochester, NY 14624. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Open Door Mission or The School of the Holy Childhood.
